The third Project Management Meeting of the of the Quality Assurance (QA) component of the project Enhancing quality of education and training in SEE – EQET SEE was held in Tirana, Albania, on 05 October 2022, back-to-back to the Workshop for the Training Needs Analysis Questionnaire.

This meeting served to the EQET SEE appointed National Coordination Points (NCPs) from participating economies: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia and representatives of the ERI SEE, lead project partner, to discuss the state of play within the QA component and agree on implementation of the subsequent regional and national activities.

More specifically, the EQET SEE implementing partners considered use of the regional questionnaire for training needs analysis and its conduct, along the adaptation of this instrument for the national purposes.

The group further tackled the trainings of external evaluators and content and sequence of the remaining steps in its elaboration and delivery.

A dedicated part of the meeting dealt with reaching the agreement on the approach to the next significant project output – revised quality assurance methodologies, resulting in consensus on the process and division of tasks in its preparation.

Finally, the timeline of activities for the period by May 2023 was adopted.
