Third regional meeting for the development of the regionally based qualification standard for agricultural technician of traditional and organic cultivation

Based on developed regionally based Agricultural technician of traditional and organic cultivation occupational standard (ATTOOS) that was developed within the Enhancements in the quality of education and training in SEE – the EQET SEE project partners met to finalise the first regionally based qualification standard (QS) for the Agricultural technician of traditional and organic cultivation (ATTOQS). 

For the first time in the region of Western Balkan, the representatives of the VET and qualification agencies from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, Republic of North Macedonia and Serbia started the development of the regionally based qualification standard. The first meeting organised in Budva, Montenegro between 04 and 05 July 2022. The second meeting was organised from 20 September to 22 September in Skopje, North Macedonia. The third and final meeting was organised in Belgrade on 20 and 21 October 2022.

The meeting was attended by the total of 18 participants, education and business experts, from the each EQET SEE economy, and the ERI SEE Secretariat project team, Ms Tina Šarić, director of the ERI SEE Secretariat and the EQET SEE project manager and Ms Ivana Živadinović, Regional Project Coordinator. Ms Maja Jukić, external expert for the qualification standard development, was in charge of moderating the meeting and coordinating the working groups. The main goal of the meeting was to finalise the regionally based ATTOQS by elaborating unites of learning outcomes and learning outcomes.

The ATTOQS will be translated into national languagues and published on the EQET SEE website.
