QUESTIONNAIRES FOR ASSESSING EXTERNAL EVALUATOR’S COMPETENCE ASSESSMENT

The Questionnaires for an External Evaluator’s Competence Assessment were developed within the Enhancements in the Quality of Education and Training in South Eastern Europe (EQET SEE) project. These questionnaires serve as tools for quality assurance agencies in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia, helping them assess the competences of external evaluators through self, peer, and management evaluations. The questionnaires are built upon the Regional Standard of Competence for External Evaluators and the training needs assessment.

Utilizing the 360-feedback method, the questionnaires aim to provide a comprehensive evaluation of evaluators’ competencies. They offer a structured way for institutions to implement assessments at one or multiple levels (self, peer, management) based on their needs, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous professional growth.
